Kashmer, of Springfield, Illinois, brings more than 30 years of experience in software design and content management system (CMS) architecture. He has worked across multiple industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and agribusiness.

In his role as a director, Kashmer will advise the company on technology strategy and product development.
